We are up there with the best of them. Our injection molds meet the highest requirements on precision, economical viability, and quality. They enable efficient production processes and ensure the long-term success of our customers. We have been working hard every day to create the right environment for this – ever since the company was founded in 1984. Today, Müller Formenbau is one of the leading manufacturers of sophisticated injection molding tools for many well-known companies in the mobility, medical, and electrical engineering industries.

Many of our customers have been with us for many years, because they know and appreciate that we are always ready for new challenges, that we offer innovative solutions, and that we continuously strive to be even better. Initiative

To get the best result, many times it is not enough to implement the customer’s requirements 1-to-1. Maximum cost effectiveness and maximum quality are only possible when all future usage conditions are incorporated throughout all phases of the development and manufacture. Before a project gets off the ground, we discuss possible options with the customer, eliminate problems, and verify every single step before a tool is ready for series production. We apply all of our experience, know-how, and due diligence to find solutions that convince in every detail. That includes adherence to delivery dates, flexibility, and extensive services.

Perfection

All of our actions aim to foster long-standing and successful customer relationships, because loyalty pays off when it comes to achieving perfection together. When people know each other, they know what is important to the other party. This starts with the initial consultation and continues beyond the pilot run. We design, manufacture, and inspect all major parts at our plant – with state of the art equipment and highly trained and experienced employees, and in constant communication with our counterpart. We extensively test the tools on our injection molding machine in our technical center and hand the injection molded parts over to our partners for approval, including initial sample test reports and the relevant documentation.

They are an important part of our success. Here in Balingen, at the bottom of the Swabian Alb, people are down-to-earth, driven, and reliable.
